Busy week incoming for Injustice: Gods Among Us – it’s been confirmed via the game’s Twitter that the recently announced Batgirl character DLC will be out next Tuesday, 21 May.
@xenocylon On Tuesday, May 21. Getting pretty excited?

Although not specifically stated, we’re expecting the Batgirl DLC to be priced in line with the previous character add-on, Lobo, which cost 400MSP (£3.43/€4.80/$5.00) on Xbox Live, and £3.99/$4.99 on PlayStation Network. The character packs are included with the Injustice Season Pass, so if you’ve already paid for that, Batgirl will be yours for no extra cost.
Also arriving on 21 May is a Batgirl compatibility pack, which – along with the compatibility update – will include a Luchador Bane skin. Like the previous compat pack, it will be free to download. Here’s what Luchador Bane looks like:
And that’s still not all for next Tuesday because it’s also been confirmed the previously pre-order exclusive Red Son DLC is going to be made available to everyone. No price confirmed yet, but we don’t expect it’ll be too far off other similar Injustice DLC add-ons, which come in at 240MSP (£2.06/€2.88/$3.00) on Xbox Live, and £2.39/$2.99 on PSN. These are the three Red Son DLC skins:
So that’s a whole lot of Injustice DLC for next week. Also planned but without a confirmed release date is the Killing Joke pack, and there’s still at least two more DLC characters on the way. We were also expecting a ‘surprise skin pack’ to be revealed this week – we’re still waiting, although we suppose it could have been referring to the Red Son DLC. But we hope not because pre-order DLC being made available post-release isn’t really much of a surprise.
